The doctor's attitude towards patients has changed a lot. The lines are uselessly long. If the record is at the same time, then you can sit in line for another hour. The doctor ignores the patient's time and wishes! While sitting in line, you have to listen that everyone is unhappy, that there are queues all the time, even waiting an hour for a prescription.
