Ordered a sectional on line. The company sent 2 different colors of the sectional and sent a right facing instead of a left facing. Customer service has been horrible with helping me resolve the orders.
Called Walmart to see why item was not on order. Was told I ordered incorrectly. Called United healthcare and discovered item was out of stock the day I ordered. Why couldnt customer service just tell me this was problem? User’s recommendation: Call uhc to place your order.
