Shelf price of the product was $2.00 less than the scanned price at the check-out. Customer service person was of no help, was rude and not willing to give me the shelf price of the product. Called Walmart Canada customer support for Walmart’s pricing policy and apparently each store has their own policy on pricing errors.
Grocery order undelivered although received 4 emails confirmation, order updates, delivery completed. I spent 32 minutes on phone transferred to four parties who had no record of my order of email address. Told me Walmart would contact me within 72 hours. Why could they not find my order or email??
