Consumer Infringement
2017. In February, due to starting studies abroad, I terminated the contract with this company. A company employee informed me that my previous phone number was closed, and my access would be denied. For Telstra account, respectively, I will receive an invoice for the last month by e-mail. After I wrote to them again, please send an invoice (I needed the invoice number to make the payment), the company ignored me. Now, more than 3 years later, I received a message from a debt collection company that I would have to pay the bill. Of course, I will pay the bill. It is confusing that Telstra representatives informed that they had sent me reminders several times to e-mail and the declared address (which has long changed),but at my repeated request, the primary invoice was not sent either, as if the emails sent were not forwarded. Checking all the email folders again, I found that except for ads with tablets and mob. I haven't received any emails on phones in three years. Based on Article 3 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, I quote: '' 8) a document certifying the transaction has not been issued. '' I believe that Telstra has violated my rights as a consumer. In the future, I will refuse any contact with this company, and I do not recommend anyone to use their service, the Internet, by the way, was very bad and disturbed, not to mention the lack of an area.
