Nau callable for consultation simply autoresponder speaks text

Calling to sign an urgent visit for 2 days calls every 10 minutes every day length but there is a simple answering machine and you cannot call. Can't really put an extra number to call. What do they pay for? For doing nothing? In the past, normal calls were now simply unrealistic.
