Does not deliver / lose package
Unfortunately, this company disappointed me in 2020. I sent the parcel to Germany on 2 December 2006 and it has not yet reached its addressee. For a month I didn't get a specific answer about where the package is, all the responsibility was placed on the Estonians, when I wrote to the Estonians, then they wished everything to the Australians - a real chakra for me. It is sad that the children of the relatives were left without gifts at the Z-festival, but they didn't care. So far I have had a positive experience with them, but now I am very disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to send a package to other countries through their company.
