I lost my remote to both sound bars purchased at different times, but are both within warranty. I have two Visio sound bars and cannot find either remote after search many days. I also have a toddler so I theres no telling where it could be.
The time I have spent trying to get internet connection is crazy and NO HELP from the Vizio people or their poor web site. NO PEOPLE just robots with no brains User’s recommendation: Don’t by a Vizio, they SUCJK on customer service’.

My Vizio TV was purchased March 31, 2020 and is still under warranty. TV stopped working…constantly powering on and off. Called Vizio support and they issued a claim for it. Said they had to send parts to local repair service and I would be contacted in 3 business…
