Poor service
I decided to switch to a bee from my current operator. I filled in the application on the bite.org website and started patiently waiting for me to be contacted. The next day I received a call from a bee representative, we discussed delivery the next day and also informed about the contact phone for the courier. The next day I did not wait for the courier, but I received a call from the bee that the courier could not contact me. It turned out the courier had another phone left. Please leave the correct number again. Needless to say, I haven't met the courier for the 2nd time? I filled in an application to be contacted by bite.org 3 days ago, wrote an e-mail, but I haven't received any information for 3 days, only my data was asked in the e-mail, even though the phone number was indicated. Overall,a week has passed since the application was completed, but nothing has moved forward. xMobile doesn't need customers?
