Received my order with free shipping in less than 2 weeks. Much faster than expected. The extra fee for secure shipping is a little ridiculous though.
I needed to order more copies of a death certificate and after placing the order it was received within a few days. The website was not easy to navigate, though. Birth Certificates were easy to find, but it was more difficult to find anything else. User’s recommendation: Yes, especially if you need it quickly.
Online order for a 30+ year old certified marriage license was easily done and the license arrived in a few days. Only complaint is the cost (>;$50, including a $20 delivery charge). I didn’t compare with ordering it by phone from the state but suspect it would have taken a lot longer.
I wanted a long form of my son’s birth certificate but even after confirming with a customer service rep, I got the abstract. Still on the hunt for the long form!
