I paid for expedited service via FED EX/ UPS and was quoted 5-7 business days, but did not receive during that time. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste money to pay for expedited service.

Ridiculous hassle and needless delay.

This company makes it VERY difficult for older AMERICANS to get vital information. We submitted a notarized note,per VitalChek instructions,giving me permission to obtain my husband’s birth certificate but because the note did not specify me as his wife,VitalChek would not process the request.
