Only receive I of three in my order

You replied I would receive payment to my account for the missing 2. So far no credit to account. Very disappointed as Ideally like these pads but will not order again for fear of it happening again.

Problems with my order and refund

I ordered 2 items from Vitacost and only one was delivered. When I contacted Vitacost to get the 2nd item sent, I was told I had to re-purchase the missing item before they would send it to me and then they would give me a full refund on the newly purchased item.
