Guy at the counter need to be courteous with seniors with disabilities. He was rude , his way or no way User’s recommendation: Be kind to your Costomer.
I booked a vistra ticket to frankfurt (ticket no-228240****659) in the premium economy standard class catagory . In the electronic receipt of my ticket ,the section mentioning the details of flight says that I am allowed to carry 2 pieces of baggages each weighing 32kg. My flight is on 1st august 2021 , it was supposed to be at 6 30 am on 1st august 2021, but they postponed it to 8 45 am on 1st august 2021, without informing us now as a compensation they said they will give us one day prior flight tickets , but they didnot gave us... Read more➤
I think i m don’t again ticket in vistara because i come befour 50mint on flight time, but vistara crew member not support and suggest me very chip behavior, so in future i m not traveling this fligh,and one request please support new one custom.
I’m not able to web check in…I’m travelling on 23rd April.. Every time it’s showing error as no passenger found…plz help me on this..I called customer care but no proper extension to talk to any executive
