Tried to scam money, can't fix phone, poor service and maintenance

Beeline, Samsung Center, Port Moody. Recently toll mobile phone repairs. Never once took 10 dollars for putting in repairs, possibly other times and now have to pay, at least the one who accepted the phone explained that putting in for repairs has to pay. But as it turns out, I read that on the page that was then given to me, clearly and lightly written, those 10 dollars do not have to pay, if the customer agrees to a paid repair, I also clearly and unequivocally said that I agree and repair. But those 10 dollars would be another trifle. On the same day as the toll, I was called and told that the touch glass is glued with super glue and cannot be torn off or somehow and needs to be replaced. I said to repair. No, not even I glued, I had the phone hit the display a year ago where I was carrying out repairs there even. Yes, no comments, cool. I waited two weeks until I called them and asked who was there as to repairs. These telling me that I haven't paid them 10 dollars and the repairs haven't even started, I tell them I paid, but they say that they don't have anything written on them and I have to have a receipt they haven't even given me and I have to go to them. and have to pay 10 dollars again so that these just start repairs. Probably they had to give me a check in my hands, without a check to prove nothing, either really forgot or put in his pocket who knows it. Although they should have already entered in the database that they have paid 10 dollars. Somewhere they were already hooked. But after a few hours they call, and nothing said about them for 10 dollars, and say that the phone will be repaired in a week (Even a specific day was named when it will be ready), and will be able to remove and named the approximate repair price. I said good to repair. I call after a week and ask if maybe I will be ready or soon, these are putting completely different bars in my ears, telling me the repair has not started, because the prepayment for the repair has not been refunded (Half the price). First of all, you don't have to do that, you have to pay for it. When they went to them in person to find out everything, they could not answer anything unrelated (Neither about 10 dollars, nor about some mystical payments), until they mentioned that the touch panel is glued with super glue and is afraid to tear it, and the case may collapse immediately or somehow until the questioner or repair is done at all, and in the end answered,that wouldn't take and returned the phone without repair, great. There was no shortage of shame to ask if I had paid 10 dollars, I was still hoping to appropriate another ten at the end, I said that I did and everything did not say anything and did not demand anything in return. Since I knew that the phone had a cord off the touch panel (I didn't want to rain myself, so I better think to the masters). But when I returned the phone without repair, I decided to disassemble the phone myself and look, everything went off nicely, the cord was already attached, but the touch didn't work anyway, and I noticed an LCD crack, hard to say there may be an LCD with what was wrong (Although nothing was said about the Display). Also, everything came together beautifully and no hull collapsed. The most interesting thing was that nothing there was glued anywhere with super glue and everything stuck together normally. The service is also very unkind. I can't say goodbye, I don't serve kindly, at the beginning I start a conversation in some orc language by calling, when I answer "yes", then I answer in Canadian. He is also unable to say and explain anything clearly and unambiguously, breaks sentences, snaps bars. The question arises as to why immediately after the inspection we could not say we could not repair and peace, we had to squeeze the bars for a month.
