Technician Francis took care of the problem. Our area is reputed to have poor mobile service from Virgin so he recommended turning on Wi-Fi Calling while at home and Eureka it worked! User’s recommendation: Be patient and good thing will come about.

Virgin recently DOUBLED the monthly fees for pre-pay and because their policy is Prepaid is non-refundable… they are forcing you to stay with them preventing you to change until your credit balance is totally used up and for someone with $150 in credits, that could be a year. They could have increased the monthly fee 5 times...
