Poor service
Optus disconnects Internet and TV service for one month's debt, but requires payment for the time when the service is no longer provided! Pointing out that such a situation is contrary to consumer rights, there is no reaction to asking for recalculation, there is no reaction, only the threat of debt recovery! Communication is terrible, ie either a premium rate phone or a phone in the office, to which no one answers during the working day! Masters who connect devices complain that they are forced to work in micro-enterprises, thus delaying the agreed time, because they are dissatisfied with such an employer!
