Az Furniture deals with the import of goods from the Polish Ikea. During the year 2017, I have purchased several Ikea products through them. There were no problems, the promised delivery was delayed a couple of times a week. In January 2020, I placed another order. I paid the bill for 140 AU$ and waited for the ordered goods. However, the product was not delivered after a week, two or three. An email was sent in the second waiting week with the text "you have received this email because your order from www. azmebeles. com is being delayed. While in the warehouse / store on site, it was found that most of the ordered goods were not available for sale. Due to the fact that ikea significantly changes the range of goods (for some goods parts, color range, model), there is a greater possibility that the goods are not available while on site. Consequently, your order (in full or in part) has not been delivered to the Melbourne office / warehouse. We have contacted ikea to clarify when the goods will be available for sale. As soon as we receive a reply, the goods will be reserved so that they can be delivered on the next trip. "As if cool polite e-mail. But contacting other suppliers of Ikea goods in Melbourne, I found out that there is no change in the assortment of Ikea. Az furniture phone no longer answers, no one is in the office. All of the above suggests that the owner of the company invented to start a new life in 2020 to sacrifice reputation and disappear with the money collected from regular customers.
