Fraud, poor service, messy service, incorrect bills.

I have been a Optus customer for about four years now, everything was great until I changed my place of residence.. I contacted Optus and asked if I would change my place of residence (all within Melbourne, from the center to agenskalns) Optus would be able to offer the same offer and for the same price. Unfortunately, optical internet was not available at the specific address, but Optus offered a slightly worse / slower internet, but for a higher fee. Since so far I was satisfied with the quality of their offers, I decided to agree, we agreed on 20 AU$‎ / month, without a penalty + I had to pay the connection costs of 5eur (this was also a trifle). I received a contract where it was stated that in case of termination of the contract I will have to pay a penalty and the monthly fee is 20. 50eur. Countless times writing to Optus that we had other terms of the agreement, they eventually removed the contractual penalty clause from the contract, but refused to change the subscription fee. As if a triflebut if I have been their customer for at least ten years, then they will cheat me 60 AUD. When connecting to the new address, I agree that I will take the equipment from the old address, and I will do the same. When making the connection, the fitter used part of the old ones, those that needed to be replaced were rented, but the rest was taken with them. Two months later, I received an invoice for 80 dollars, which stated that I had not handed over the previous connection equipment and now I have to pay for it. I sent a letter via mansOptus, no reply yet. Calling a Optus pay phone (I wouldn't be mistaken for 1. 50eur + VAT per call) shot me with standard phrases: "we don't deal with problem solving, blah, blah, blah". Why do I have to spend my time and money to solve the problems caused by Optus's disorganization, who will compensate me for time and money? I just received an offer from another operator for digital television and internet for 13. 50eur / month. Looks like,that Optus will become one customer less. In short - I do not recommend choosing Optus, everything will only get worse...
