Unprofessional Removals

I paid VIP removals, who works with Classic Removals, to move my furniture from Uitenhage to Cape Town. They quoted me an amount of R3998.00. VIP movers won’t acknowledge claim

the date of collection-Morning 6Jan(1.5 days late as arrived-09h00 7th Jan) and delivery- late 6th/early 7th(another 2 days as arrived late morning 9th Jan)therefore the dates were not kept to, the addition services paid for eg: shuttle, packing, package material, were not supplied and not re-imbursed.
