Guaranteed Internet Speed
When concluding a contract, ask what is the long-term Internet speed, not up to it, as it can be as much as 10kbs. Before signing any paper with them, make sure that the contract is written at a guaranteed speed on the Internet, otherwise the promised place will be coded in the fingers when paying an 18-month subscription with the possibility to terminate the contract + pay fines.
