Zero facility to contact Vinted directly.

I want to withdraw my listings but am unable to do this . There is no facility to contact Vinted directly , I have tried to remove the listings I have without any degree of success.

No Seller Protection

I sold a genuine item .. the buyer than complaint it was damaged and i can prove it wasn’t damaged from the pics i sent .. however to try and avoid hassle i agreed on a partial refund.
