Vinted witholding money

I have been selling on vinted for a while, recently was asked for an identity verification, it kept coming back as unreadable even though I sent pictures of my passport 6 times. Vinted keep rejecting a new passport for verification saying it’s not clear and unreadable when it clear and funds are in the account that cannot be accessed. Clear photos have been sent since January
