Product warranty given when purchased but denying replacement

Kadhai’s bottom plate coming out and not usable even after use of two months but company denying replacement. Pathetic service. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money for vinod products.service and product both are pathetic.

Handle broken

Pressure cooker handle is broken….no one is able to repair. Tried a lot with local vendors but its not happening. Everyone suggested to call in company…do asap

Warranty of products purchased.

I bought a cookware combo of 3 products. I have been using two of them since 3 months. The lower layer of kadhai is started coming out. It is in warranty period as I purchased them in September, 2020. Kindly help.

Because my cooker is not working properly

it is releasing the pressure like a bomb suddenly. not happy with your product your customer care no. is also showing inactive. very bed service of vinod cookware. User’s recommendation: i will never recomend to any body to purchase the products due to poor customer servicee.

Worst service. Worst product. Coastly also

I bought new cooker.. Cooker with Upper lid.. But water wwas coming out from first day . I caomplaint mny times but no one come at home for service. Yesterday from cooker all water coming out like with voice. All we were scare. Whole kitchen dirty. Really it worst.. Coastly n worst
