Shoes are to small

I ordered a size 9 1/2 and its to small. I like an exchange for a size 10. The shoes are very tight. User’s recommendation: Don’t know yet my first time ordering from your company.

Replacement luggage

The call was dropped. Message box is full cannot leave a message. My luggage was damaged by Delta Airlines and Im requesting a replacement value for one of the pieces to my luggage set
