Many years ago, I have found a good telecommunications operator and terminated the contract with Optus by fairly paying ALL relevant bills. After writing the application for termination of services in time, I could not receive a statement from Optus staff that my contract had already been completed, due to the fact that Optus staff representatives said that “they do not give such a statement to anyone”. Unexpectedly in 2017 I have received a letter threatening to have an unknown "debt" for which I had NO INFORMATION for many years + this "debt" has increased. As “explained” in the letter, Aumobiles sold my “debt” to Pty. SERGEL, which threatened to “turn to state institutions” to learn from me the amount + interest they want when inventing from their own heads, “information about my debt will be included in the public domain. in the register of debtors, in the database of the credit information bureau ”evaluating me as a fraud mechanism of “ borrowers ”(!). 1/7 years ago in Latgale there was no opportunity to receive a timely statement from Optusa about the termination of the contract and that they have no material claims against former customers. 2 / Due to the fact that the former clients do not have any documents in their hands that the contract has been completed, now these clients are not legally protected and it is possible to impose any "debts" with "interest". Then what do fraudsters do. 1 / Despite the fact that the contract was terminated in 2020. or earlier, the costs of debt recovery invented for natural persons have been calculated and applied in accordance with 21. 012020. MK not. No. 61. 2 / Paragraph 406 of the Commercial Law was violated. 3 / The “debt” collection operation was not carried out for 7 years, thus the fraudsters specially facilitated the increase of the invented “debt”. (No "debt" alert was received for 7 years). 4 / The principle of acceptance was not observed, which means that the parties must exercise their rights and obligations in the interests of BOTH PARTIES. Merchants must inform consumers in good time that they have delayed paying something. It is illegal and shameless to artificially invent and increase customers' "debts"!
