To much after three months User’s recommendation: Good signal but bad on price.
Terminated service because I can’t download movies, and they’re charging me $90. a month. I’ve called twice about returning equipment and both times they’ve given me a date for someone to come out and remove equipment. No one has showed up and no one knows what I’m talking about. We recently moved to WV and had Viasat installed. Cost us 300.00 for installation. Connection is slower than molasses. We called and complained and someone came out and redid our dish and modem and it still stinks. The Worst internet connection we’ve ever had. Very unhappy. User’s recommendation: Don’t use them.
