Unsatisfactory consumer service

Dish Anywhere. 5not able to view LI VE TV on laptop. Can view it tablet or cell phone. Problem is still not resolved. User’s recommendation: When calling customer service expect to be on the phone for 3 to 4 hours and not get anything resolved..

Disconnected phones 3 months ago, but still getting bills. Talked to nice lady about 1 month ago and she said that she had gotten the account corrected.

Still getting more bills without service. We disconnected service 3 months ago, but still getting ever increasing bills. My contacts aren’t showing up when they call, it says no caller id

My callers werent showing up. It would say no caller Id. I was able to fix my issue, but it wasnt easy. Wasnt able to speak to a human being. I had go to here and go there. User’s recommendation: Be careful of the price they tell you.

Pissed off customer for over 11 years

Verizon is hiding an up charge of over $17 a month along with a prepaid user credit for $23.00. They charge $40 a month extra and then deduct $23.
