Cancel billing/I cancelled svc Feb you are still charging me

I need help! I switched to T-Mobil in Feb this year. Verizon was supposedly cancelled however you have been taking payment every month! You OWE me money!!! You have to update u to our recordsNOW !!! User’s recommendation: Go to T- Mobil.
