Worst customer service ever! I’m done with Verizon!

Worst customer service ever! Im done with Verizon! I tried to make a payment on a prepaid the rice and the whole account was shut off because I couldnt get to my purse fast enough to give them the new expiration date on my credit card that was on file. User’s recommendation: Worst customer service ever.

Talk to a live representative

Can’t get a live agent on the line. Can’t get chat support without signing in. Reset password feature is not working as submit button is dim. Hours of wasted time and energy.

Is Verizon making your review rating up?

A few years ago I would agree that Verizon had great cellular service, although landline service became horrid. But now Verizon landline service is not even available in my area, and cellular service is, at best, periodic.
