In April, I bought a new smartphone on the Acropolis in Bee Salon. Bee's intrusive salesman-consultant persuaded me to immediately insure the screen of the new phone for 2 years, but in order to do that, I need to take another bee connection and it will massage you 5 AU$ with a cap. In a month. After a couple of days, I realized that I didn't need it at all - awkward and useless. I went to the salon on May 8, 2020 with a request to unlock my second blind number. I filled in the "customer number data change application". The next day, a "friendly operator" calls me from the bee and starts to dissuade me from disconnecting the second number 'offers to drop to 50% of the monthly fee. In early June, the bee sends me the first bills for May 11. 50 (!). Call the bee "friendly operator", ask what's on the case - I don't use the second number (there were only 2-3 local calls) and 11. 50! Bite answers: you exceeded the mg limit, even though I don't use the Internet at all in the new subscription number. Pure fraud!
