Return refusal

Vencano has finally authorized the return of my merchandise but I have not yet received credit. Their claim that my return request was past the deadline was ridiculous. I had an email confirmation from them showing the delivery to be on the same day that I requested very difficult. They bury contact, and they send complicated alternatives... Read more➤

Bad or NO fit nor quality

Very cheap material. Absolutely no fit, way to big and “tent” fit. Not even close to what the picture shows. People don’t buy from Vecano, a total rip-off. Use your money smarter. I got a receipt from PO When u returned three tops that were too large. Vencano has a third party pick up package from PO where I cannot track delivery …I never received a refund that rightly mine

Refund fraud and customer unable to track return shipping I have receipt from post office but a third party picks up packages to process return and there is no way to track third party delivery if returned items User’s recommendation: Beware.
