Beware of the suspicious businessman Egon Liepa, who is allegedly renting his house in Berzente, Melton region, because the transaction may not take place. Two months and security deposit is required in advance but the keys are promised to be returned on site at the meeting house. In-house meetings will not take place if you offer to pay on the spot in the rental house. I recommend that any donation be agreed only in exchange for house keys and a strict agreement specifying the tenant's right to be in the house during the rental period. It is possible that several people may rent the same house.
