Defective face masks

This company produces defective face masks. The strap that goes around your ear breaks. I payed 71.99 for 20 unusable masks. Ive sent them pictures got Disconnected from phone calls. It is particularly disappointing that during a global pandemic they take advantage of people. Regardless, do not do business with them! User’s recommendation: Stay away!!

"Unable to upgrade or do anything with existing Nest Aware subscription. Nor is any of Nest or Googles “teams.” I apparently have broken Goliath. How embarrassing it must be for them….."
