My ordered was canceled and I didn’t get my refund

I tried to make a a custom made shoe I paid for the shoe then I got an email and it said the shoe couldnt be processed because it didnt meet the agreement but I never got my money back

Fading black Hi Tops and paint coming off of eyelets

Out of warranty-Wont do anything! Only offers 6 month warranty and only wear them to work! Work at a hospital so no dirt-Dissappointed for sure! Told to buy a new pair and I will from another company! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy black.

I have half my order. Wanting to know where the other half is.

I came home and found the shoe box on the top of my gate. I looked for another box but there was none. I do have a drop box on the other side of the fence. I am contacting you to find out where my other box is.
