No response to my order request

This company masquerades as a US company and offers knock-off imitations of US products. They took my $ and never responded to my requests. Please don’t a succor like I was. Make sure you are dealing with a reputable US company before you place your order.STAY AST User’s recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Batteries that we sent were the wrong batteries and the customer service number was disconnected

The batteries that were ordered did not fit my Black and Decker tools despite the Vanon website indicating that they would and the customer service number was disconnected. Also, the return policy is very cumbersome. User’s recommendation: Avoid this company!
