Charles Shinalo is a scamming cheat who steals money from hard working people. Justice was finally served and he was apprehended by Riverside Ca. District attorneys office and local police. He is now where he belongs… in jail and will be sentenced on June 13th 2019 at 8:30 am. :

Found out that Charles Shinauld from Vanguard Processing Group also goes by.. Charles Shinalo and he seems to travel around alot too. Before he made his trek to California, he was scamming people from somewhere on Pennsylvania and god knows where else!! Sept. 2017 Charles Shinauld cold called us stating that he could do a loan modification on our mortgage. Long story short…he took us for 2300.00 and did nothing but ALMOST cost us our home.
