I bought a voucher off groupon for an oil change priced just under 50 dollars, with an added cabin air filter @ 25% off said total was 60 which im confused on how an air filter alone can cost 60 dollars? Rude Employees, Overcharged, Did Not Provide Full Service As Advertised

Employee made an uncalled for rude comment about I question I had to another employee just 5 feet away from me. Full oil change service was not completed, such as checking lights, wipers, topping off fluids, etc. Distracted employee failed to deduct a coupon that I had.
