Device Street 41b, Oakland leaves the store also for an unpleasant surprise, the window of receipt of a penalty receipt for the violation of CityParking private parking. I don't drive here often. Yesterday, after five in the evening, I arrived with both young children... It used to be a private parking lot. In the dark, taking with the two little ones to never be, I didn't notice in the tentacles, the dimly lit, as they write, the standard signs. The surprise was coming from the store and sitting in the car on the cedar behind the broom. Take a look around. The first question is whether entering such "private areas" should not be a warning or information or a sign, that in general here should be careful, search for and respect any private rules?! Be sure to go to the store instead of visiting or abusively dropping a car and going somewhere. I know the saying that ignorance does not absolve me from responsibility, but I don't think the logic really is here. In the opposite case, I really didn't have a hard time registering the car without receiving an unreasonable penalty. Secondly, is the penalty not inadequate?) The penalty is issued practically at the moment when I pay at the box office for the purchase. This is evidenced by the times indicated in the checks. We were in the shop for approx. Minutes 10.
