April 10, 2020 at noon. 8:50 taxi with number TQ2517 - did not comply with the RTA. At Melnsila Street near Lion'sFood, several cars are roughly overtaken, where everyone is standing in line and waiting. There is a pedestrian crossing at Lion'sFood, this taxi overtaking a couple of cars, risking a pedestrian because the overtaking maneuver was completed at the crossing. No need to borrow bandwidth. There are two bands. The taxi "created" the third lane. As a result, the pedestrians were blocked at the crossing and the oncoming cars could not continue driving due to the narrowness of their lane, and the taxi bus was not visible or the transition was not due. This taxi performed the next inadequate maneuver at the intersection of the Gienskalns market, where you went straight out of the left turn lane, overtaking a couple of cars. If a taxi driver is stupid and unnecessarily causes an emergency, then that individual should be isolated from participating in traffic!
