Fraud, poor service, incorrect invoices
Optus is a fraudster who does not fulfill its obligations. We connect the TV + Internet service in Hobart for a specific price, unfortunately Ventpils does not have such a large selection as Melbourne, so we connect Optus. First of all everything was in order, called, offered various discounts, spec. prices for services, in the end we choose the service, connect. We were offered 3 thematic packages for 3 months to try for free - we say that we do not need to, because we will definitely not pay for those packages after 3 months, so we also agreed that these packages will be unlocked. Unexpectedly, we receive an invoice for an amount greater than 10 EUR, in which the amount for 3 packages was calculated. I called customer service - there I was told that if we do not want those packages,then she can unlock and this can also be done on the mansOptus page, but this bill will have to be paid. How can this be done? However, we do not apply for these additional packages, they automatically connect them without notifying and asking whether we want to + when we connect the service and also say that we do not want those packages. I think this is a real scam! Is it tortuous at all?
