If the child does not go into his arms, then twitches on his own, if the child does not cough on the order, then he must remain in the hospital. Do not take the children to this post-Soviet hospital, provide transport and take them to Melbourne for treatment,because there are pediatricians in the pediatric ward, not just someone calling themselves.
