poor service

On May 9, I took a bus to Eghuri-Oakland (12.45 from Eghuri), if correct I remember the driver VJake KalniЕ Е ЕЎ. Imaginative, rude. When the passenger wanted to lower the table at the back of the front seat, the driver began to complain that it was not intended for use. If anyone eats, it was a tragedy. I will also allow you to dodge the game, because I had not eaten early in the morning, and do not leave a bad box. I don't even know what would be better to get around a quiet napkin, or buy a bus? As far as I sit in the previous step, I should have heard all the remarks he made about his passengers to his fellow passengers (girlfriend, wife...?), E.g. "Ram" swallows his special bulk ", idiots..., his remarks continued. Why does the driver himself at the wheel and his passenger can drink coffee but the passenger can not? I drove back on the evening of May 11 at 18.55 in Cleveland. I didn't see the last name of this offer, but it could be a petrov, which I have left in my mind since ancient times. This driver is characterized by talking on the phone, I have noticed it since the past. Still not really left Oakland when the phone in hand. The longest conversation took 5 minutes, at least ten times in his phone. As far as I know, according to the rules, the driver at the wheel on the phone is not allowed to talk at all. Is nordeka drivers an exception? Shouldn't I refuel on the trip? On the way, all the passengers entered the gas station, stood in line and refueled.
