Poor service
I took my computer to repair it, I immediately paid 20 AU$ for the defect. He said he would call in a few business days. Several days passed, I didn't receive any calls. After a week I call and don't get any news. It took more than a month and I didn't wait for the call. I called myself several times until I was told that the tumble could not be fixed.
