Not delivered on time

I ordered a gift for a child for Christmas which was supposed to be delivered by mail on December 19, but I didn't receive it either, I'm disappointed because call several times and for each call I answer something else, delayed, disappeared, must be in the mail, we do not know where is your pack of such answers received. I was very disappointed. I paid the money, but today, December 26, and still nothing, although I was told that I will be contacted in the near future, I have not been calling for a week and there are no gifts or money.
