Poor service

I was faced with unpleasant behavior when choosing a door at this company. The first time I spoke to a woman who very kindly explained their offer and info about possible door configurations (specifically it was said that they can insert two control switches), even the price was indicated. After about an hour, I return to order the door and arrange for the masters to arrive on site to measure. This time we had to talk to another employee, according to whom it turned out that they could order only those models that are on the stands, that the doors with two such switches they never produced at all, that what is displayed has passed certification in Sweden - "What don't you like it here? " In the end, it was even said that "but I have to know what I want when I come. " In general, I do not know who, but once I was deceived by this company. I only pay with my time and nerves. If you want to spend your money with them - come to "Elaks".
