Poor service, damaged computer
I'm taking my computer for free diagnostics due to display issues. Promised that there will be an answer within 2 days. I didn't get an answer - I called and asked what the situation was. Then more time was left and everything lasted for 2 weeks. They answered that it is better to buy the part yourself and then they will repair it... I decided to take the computer with me until the time of receiving the part. When I went to them, I was given a sign that I had received the goods in the same condition as the duty, and only then I was given a computer with the wrong screws, some were not screwed in at all, and a very rude employee who immediately referred to the contract, that it was written that they did not take responsibility for the defects. I did not sign the contract, I said to screw all the right screws. As a result, I got back a computer that had all the screws, but many of them were wrong, and it can be seen that they were scratched, from other worn-out computers, as well as there were more serious breaks in the case and other problems inside and inside the screen. I definitely don't recommend this service!
