Beware of the Trademark application process!

Update by user Jan 30, 2020 Issue NOT resolved! Update by user Jan 14, 2020 I’ve since reported to the USPTO about the unfair refusal of my mark. The USPTO replied to me in email stating no wrong doing was found on behalf of their attorney whom reviewed my trademark application and returned the refusal! Very unfair!... Read more➤
