Back in late October, the phone stopped reading the SIM card. One center said we had to change the whole motherboard, but we could take it to someone else. The DAP was the closest in MeZhciems, we took it to where it promised to perform free diagnostics and only then - to repair. After 2 days he called, said that the repair would cost 40 dollars, which we agreed. But after less than 2 weeks the same problem no longer reads. And we take it again, then call and say that there is oil inside and that it is not their fault, but the price of repairs was not named, promised to call later. We call the CRPC what to do because the repairs were not of high quality and did not even withstand the warranty period. The CRPC said that we should not re-bring them, but immediately write an application, but now we either have to pay for repairs to them or stay with the broken one. We decided to wait for a call. So we didn't wait for the call, in the meantime I bought myself a new one. And already in the beginning of August rings again so we pick up our phone, because standing next to them on the balance. We asked again how to stay with repairs. And then it turns out that the phone has been removed for some time. In short, bardaks are so big that they do not know the condition of the equipment entrusted to them, they do not keep track of the status and satisfaction of each client. And the question remains - what caused the oil to appear on the phone?
