Delivery takes too long

I order from Walmart using two day delivery several times a month. Fed Ex delivers to me within 3 days but it take UDS over a week! That’s ridiculous!

Thrown box

The driver threw a large box from Nordstrom on my porch and it hit my door hard. He was too lazy to walk up 6 stairs. Fortunately, the box did not contain anything breakable.
