The worse delivery drives

Original review updated by user May 21, 2021 Every time i receive a package from them the delivery driver literally throws my packages on my porch.. and they are medical supplies. Today I received one and when i opened it up the bottle was completely broken. User’s recommendation: go through a different delivery company!

Building Procedure not Followed

UDS Driver left the package at the desk in the lobby, UDS was given a CODE to take the package to the package room. This is the second time a package was left from where it could be stolen. This is unacceptable. User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE UDS.

Package delivered in a strange location

We didnt find the package for four days. It was behind a gate, not even near my mailbox or house. It was a medical device. If it had snowed, wed still be looking for it.
