Poor service

On November 5, 2019, I visited this salon. I bought a coupon for which I could do two-tone hair coloring, cut and import hair. I had never experienced anything like this: my hair was washed so that water flowed in my ears, combing my hair very much. Please, can't I comb myself. Because I couldn't take it anymore, how can I break my hair so much. And the fact that the hair was blow-drying was very hot air that burned the scalp. I said to cut the hair about 5cm off because the hair was quite damaged. But the hairdresser cut off only about 1cm. I asked for a safe cut yet, but the hairdresser replied that it would be fine. In the end, no hair styling was performed, which was included in the coupon price. I was very much looking forward to this visit to the hairdresser, but in the end I am so outraged by this attitude and action.Thanks at least for the tea.
